Originally from Anniston Alabama, Allie Montgomery joined Rosen Harwood, P.A. in 2020.  She practices in the firm’s Litigation Group, where she practices medical malpractice defense, employment litigation, insurance defense, and workers compensation.  Allie graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University with her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration.  She earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 2019.  While in law school, Allie was named Scholar of Merit in Constitutional Law II, Secured Transactions, Alabama Legislation and Policy, and Alabama Civil Litigation Practice.  Allie also served as an Associate Editor on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.  Additionally, she was selected to serve on the Career Development Advisory Board. 

Allie and her husband Will enjoy weekends at the lake, all things football, and spending time with their puppy, Reese.  Allie also enjoys public service and making an impact in the community.

Allie was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2019 and is admitted to practice in Alabama state courts as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama.
