Rosen Harwood Attorneys Take Oath as Special Assistant District Attorneys

Rosen Harwood is excited to announce that Jeffrey C. Smith, Nicole B. Hampton, and Kimberly S. Jones, recently took the oath as Special Assistant District Attorneys. They will be working with the Tuscaloosa County District Attorney’s office and local law enforcement on civil forfeiture cases. These are civil actions where proceeds, profits, firearms, or automobiles are seized in human trafficking or narcotics cases. We look forward to serving our community and partnering with the District Attorney's office in these matters.
