Allie joined Rosen Harwood in 2020. Her practice is devoted to civil litigation defense with a focus on medical malpractice defense, employment defense, premises liability, and landlord-tenant litigation. She routinely represents healthcare institutions and healthcare providers against personal injury and wrongful death claims. Her practice also includes defending state agency employees against employment-related constitutional claims. Additionally, she defends property management companies against personal injury claims and in environmental exposure litigation. Allie has successfully defended clients through jury verdicts in both state and federal courts, including securing favorable appellate decisions before the Supreme Court of Alabama and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Allie graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University with her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration.  She earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 2019.  While in law school, Allie was named Scholar of Merit in Constitutional Law II, Secured Transactions, Alabama Legislation and Policy, and Alabama Civil Litigation Practice. Allie also served as an Associate Editor on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.  Additionally, she was selected to serve on the Career Development Advisory Board. 

Allie, her husband Will, and their son William enjoy weekends at the lake, all things football, and spending time with their puppy, Reese. Allie and Will are active members of their church, Edgewood Congregational Methodist Church, where they serve their community through ministry.

Allie was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2019 and is admitted to practice in Alabama state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama and the United States District Court, Middle District of Alabama.
