Kathleen Elebash, born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, has called Tuscaloosa home since 2005. Kathleen graduated from The University of Alabama with her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition in 2012 and received her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Kathleen was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, interned in the Office of the General Counsel for the University of Mississippi Medical Center and interned for the Honorable Sean J. Tindell of the Mississippi Court of Appeals.

Kathleen practices in the firm’s Real Estate Group representing clients in commercial, residential and timber transactions.  Kathleen’s practice focuses on real property law and title insurability.  She works with the firm’s title company, Guaranty Title, Inc.

Kathleen was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2019. Kathleen is a Licensed Title Insurance Agent. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association and the Southeast Land Title Association.

Kathleen and her husband, Ryan, enjoy UA athletics, traveling and spending time with their dog, Stewart.
