Mary Kathryn Morgan joined Rosen Harwood as an Associate in 2025 after graduating from The University of Alabama School of Law. She focuses on corporate, business, and estate planning law. Mary Kathryn is a native of Monroeville, Alabama and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice. While attending The University of Alabama, she was a member of the Honors College, the Student Recruitment Team, and numerous honors societies. Mary Kathryn also served in various leadership positions for her sorority.

During law school, Mary Kathryn was a member of Dorbin Women’s Association and the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. She also served as Secretary of the Christian Legal Society and assisted the Tuscaloosa community through her work in the Children’s Rights Clinic and the Domestic Violence Clinic.

Mary Kathryn is engaged to Bill Holemon, a commercial banker in Tuscaloosa. They enjoy attending Alabama athletic events, visiting family and friends, and spending time with their dog, Rose.

Mary Kathryn was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2025 and is admitted to practice in Alabama state courts, as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama.
